USD 25m Series B fundraising for UnaBiz, a Singapore-based Internet of Things (IoT) service provider

Pickering Pacific is delighted to announce that it acted as financial advisor to UnaBiz on its USD 25m Series B funding led by SPARX Group. The round was oversubscribed, with participation from CDIB, G K Goh and Thaioil.

Based in Singapore, UnaBiz provides IoT services to clients in the water and gas metering, asset tracking and facilities management industries. UnaBiz’s has offices in Singapore, Taiwan and Japan and serves clients across Asia Pacific.

The funding will enable UnaBiz to expand its geographical footprint in Japan, Southeast Asia and EMEA through the opening of local offices. It will also enable Unabiz to pursue M&A opportunities. 

UnaBiz has raised USD 35m since its launch in July 2016. Unabiz's valuation more than tripled since its Series A round.
