Sale of TSA Solutions, a Singapore-based leader in hotel upselling solutions, to Frontline Performance Group

Pickering Pacific is delighted to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the controlling shareholder of TSA Solutions on the sale of the TSA group to Frontline Performance Group (FPG). The transaction closed on 31 December 2020.

TSA Solutions is a Singapore-based leader in hotel upselling solutions across the breadth of a hotel’s operations. It helps hoteliers achieve measurable and sustainable increases in incremental revenue and RevPAR—capturing more than USD 200 million in annual incremental revenue, with an average ADR increase of 2 per cent in front desk upselling alone. Its operations extend across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and North America. Its clients include top tier global hotel chains like Accor, Marriot, Kempinski, Shangri-La, Radisson, Hilton and IHG.

FPG is a US-based firm providing hotel software and consulting for front desk service and revenue optimization. It has a global presence in 53 countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. FPG is a portfolio company of Abry Partners, a US-based private equity firm.
