Sale of Lohr Industrie's stake in Lohr Industrial Co Ltd (China)

On 31 July 2017, Lohr Industrie completed the sale of its stake in Tianjin Lohr Industrial Co Ltd to Anda Group for an undisclosed sum.

Pickering Pacific advised Lohr Industrie on this transaction.

Lohr Industrie is a global market leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing of transport systems. The company has more than 1,200 employees worldwide.

Tianjin Lohr Industrial Co Ltd is based in China. It principally designs and manufactures semitrailers and related products.
