Completion of Norma Group’s acquisition of 80% stake in Fengfan Fastener

Pickering Pacific is pleased to announce that its client Norma Group, a Germany-based global market and technology leader for engineered joining technology, has successfully completed its acquisition of 80% of the shares in Fengfan Fastener (Shaoxing) Co Ltd on 29 June 2017. 

Fengfan Fastener (Shaoxing) Co Ltd is a China-based manufacturer of joining products made of stainless steel, nylon and specialty materials. Its products can be segmented into two main categories: cable ties and fabric products.
