Acquisition of Pyrometro Services, a calibration service provider in Malaysia

On 31 October 2017, Trescal successfully completed its acquisition of Pyrometro Services Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based calibration service provider for an undisclosed sum.

Pickering Pacific acted as exclusive financial adviser to Trescal on this transaction.

Headquartered in France, Trescal is a global market leader in the calibration service sector. The group serves more than 35,000 customers through its 90+ laboratories and 100+ customer satellites worldwide. Trescal is co-owned by its management team and Ardian, a France-based independent private equity firm.

Pyrometro principally provides calibration service mainly for the life science sector through its four accredited laboratories in Malaysia. Pyrometro has more than 160 employees.
