Jebsen & Jessen acquires a 60% stake in PT Indo Tirta Abadi, a beverage packaging manufacturer in Indonesia.

The transaction we announced on 3 February 2020 regarding the acquisition by Jebsen & Jessen of 60% of PT Indo Tirta Abadi (“ITA”), an Indonesia-based beverage packaging manufacturer, has completed on 6 March 2020. Pickering Pacific acted as exclusive financial advisor to Jebsen & Jessen.

ITA is a leading Indonesian beverage packaging manufacturer, supplying top global brands such as Danone (Aqua), Coca-Cola, Sosro, Nestle and Yeo’s. Its product portfolio consists of PET bottles, PET preforms and HDPE closures. ITA’s 2019 revenue was SGD 42m and it employs 500 people.
