Lineage Logistics closed a joint venture (JV) arrangement with SK Logistics, a Vietnam-based cold chain food storage and logistics services provider

Pickering Pacific is delighted to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Lineage Logistics, the US-based industrial REIT and temperature-controlled logistics solutions provider, on its joint venture (JV) arrangement with Hanoi-based SK Logistics.

Established in 2016, SK Logistics operates two cold storage warehouses, totalling almost 400,000 sqft, serving a wide range of customers in Northern Vietnam.

This transaction represents another major milestone in achieving Lineage’s expansion goals in Asia Pacific. In Vietnam, Lineage now operates in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, thereby strengthening its leading position in the market.

Pickering Pacific is proud to have advised Lineage Logistics on a second transaction in the region after its acquisition of Mandai Link Logistics in Singapore in 2022.
