Acquisition of the Equipment and Response business of Jebsen & Jessen Offshore

Pickering Pacific would like to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Jebsen & Jessen Offshore, a subsidiary of Jebsen & Jessen South East Asia, in the sale of its Equipment and Response business to Oil States International, an American solutions provider to the oil and gas industry listed on the New York Stock Exchange.The transaction was completed on 5 January 2017 for an undisclosed sum.
